Allotrac Project

Allotrac Project is a companion mobile application to the Allotrac Truck mobile application and the Allotrac web application.
Allotrac Project is a collaboration mobile application that has been built for the construction industry to view the release of loads to multiple vehicles from a project.
The intuitive mobile application provides a real-time flow of information between the instant allocation dispatch screen on the web application to the Allotrac Truck mobile application.
The supervisor can approve and complete the sign-on-glass proof-of-delivery of loads via the Allotrac Project mobile application, in lieu of the driver having to complete the proof-of-delivery via their own device.
This feature is dynamically available to the supervisor based on the job type specified in the load, with the driver forced to complete the proof of delivery should there be no supervisor assigned to the project.
Please note: The Allotrac Project mobile application requires the Allotrac cloud-based web application to be used in conjunction with the Allotrac Truck mobile application and a license to utilise the software.Key Features:- Instantaneous Information: Real-time access to the job and project information which supervisors can access remotely via the mobile application.
- Supervisor Sign-off: The supervisor can sign off on all completed jobs, including hourly hire jobs that the driver completes on the Allotrac Truck mobile application via the Allotrac Project mobile application.
When the driver completes a job using Allotrac Truck, the supervisor will be prompted to approve the job and complete the sign-on-glass proof-of-delivery via their Allotrac Project mobile application.
Should there be no supervisor assigned to the project, the driver will be prompted to complete the sign-on-glass proof-of-delivery via their Allotrac Truck mobile application.
- Waiting Time Sign-off: Should the completion of the sign-on-glass proof-of-delivery be time-critical and the supervisor is unable to do so from the Allotrac Project mobile application, the driver will be prompted to complete from the Allotrac Truck mobile application.
- Tonnage Levels: The supervisors can view the allocated, loaded and delivered quantities in real-time per project.
The supervisors also have visibility on what has been loaded on to the vehicles compared to the quantity that has been loaded and in transit.
- Warnings: The supervisors can view warnings on the tonnage levels per-project whilst working remotely from the yard and the construction site.
- Driver Efficiency: The supervisors can view how many vehicles are currently working on the road for any one project including the waiting times and time-on-site for the vehicles.
- Push Notifications: The supervisor can send a push notification to the driver via the Allotrac Project mobile application to the Allotrac Truck mobile application.
The driver can receive a voice-activated notification of the message.
- Maps: Google API lookup for the site location and vehicle proximity of each project for the supervisor’s reference.
